Club Opening Guidance (COVID 19)

We’re going to be open from 2pm until 8pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Please read and adhere to the information below to ensure we can operate a safe environment for everyone.

If you are feeling unwell or are showing symptoms of Covid-19 please refrain from visiting as the health and safety of all our staff and customers is the paramount.

Tables are available on a first come first served basis, when you arrive at the club you will be asked to sign the track and trace book and then you can find a table. If there is no table available, you will not be able to be served. (NOTE: This is for members only at the moment, if you are not a paid up member, I am afraid you won't be allowed entry for now)

Tables are available for up to 6 people only and tables cannot be joined to form a larger groups unless prearranged and members of your group should be from the same household or from your 'social bubble'.

For the short term we will only be accepting card payments and membership points will need to be suspended as cards cannot be handed back and forth between staff and customers. This is to protect our staff; we apologise for this and want to ensure you that we will resume this as soon as it is safe to do so.

Tables cannot be reserved, so to avoid disappointment try to arrive as early as possible.

In-line with government guidelines, you must be at a table to consume food or drinks and strictly no standing to drink is allowed.

We are operating a one way system, please follow the signs should you need to enter the Club to use the Toilets, the maximum numbers are marked on the doors so please ensure you adhere to them.

We will be operating a table service only, so please be patient as you wait to be served as this setup is new to us all. You order will be taken and the drink will be delivered to a pick up point where you will be called to collect and process payment.

Social distancing, at 2 meters, will always need to be adhered to as per the current government guidelines.

Hand sanitiser will be available on entry and throughout, we would encourage its use often.

Antibacterial wipes are also available where required.

Staff will be sticking to a strict cleaning schedule. Please bear with us if service or use of our facilities take a little longer than normal.

No smoking or vaping is allowed at the tables, there are 2 smoking areas marked out in front of the changing room if you absolutely have to Smoke or Vape you must do so in these areas and it is 1 person only per area.

If anyone is deemed to not be adhering to social distancing, or any of the other guidance laid out here they will be refused service and asked to vacate their table. These measures are in place to protect everyone and if we are unable to guarantee this, we will have to close the club.

All 3 toilets will be open for use, the disabled toilet will be used as a unisex facility and all toilets are strictly 1 person at a time.

No glass is to be taken out onto the Patio and all drinks will be served in plastic “glasses”

If the weather is particularly poor, we may decide to close the premises entirely as customers will not be permitted to enter the building to shelter, there are umbrellas outside, but customers will not be allowed to push table closer together to shelter.
